  • 1. What makes your meal prep different from others?
  • I’m not just some random throwing chicken and rice in a box. I was a professional chef for 4 years, so every meal is made to taste amazing as well as hit your nutrition goals. You’ll actually look forward to eating them.
  • 2. How fresh are the meals and how long do they last?
  • All meals are cooked fresh, then frozen straight away to lock in taste and nutrients. They’ll last up to 3 months in your freezer, but most people eat them way before that.
  • 3. Can I choose my own meals?
  • Yes! I cater for everyone—whether you’ve got favourite foods, specific calorie targets, or just hate certain ingredients, I’ll build the menu around you.
  • 4. Are the meals calorie and macro counted?
  • Absolutely. Every meal comes with the calories and macros clearly listed so you know exactly what you’re eating.
  • 5. Do you cater for specific diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies)?
  • Yes. Whatever your diet or dietary needs, I’ll create meals that work for you without compromising on taste or quality.
  • 6. How does delivery/collection work?
  • All deliveries are made on Sundays, ready for your week ahead. I’ll drop them off frozen, so you can just store them and grab them when you need them.
  • 7. How do I store and reheat the meals?
  • Keep them in your freezer. When you’re ready, either defrost in the fridge overnight or cook straight from frozen—most meals just need a few minutes in the microwave.
  • 8. Are the meals suitable for weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance?
  • Yes—whatever your goal, I can adjust portions, calories, and macros to match it.
  • 9. What if I don’t like a certain ingredient?
  • No problem. I’ll work around your preferences and make sure your meals are 100% to your taste.
  • 10. How much notice do I need to place an order?
  • Orders close every Friday for Sunday delivery. This gives me time to prep everything fresh and to your exact requirements.
  • 11. Do you use fresh or frozen ingredients?
  • I use fresh ingredients, then freeze the meals immediately after cooking to keep them tasting and looking their best.
  • 12. Is there a minimum order amount?
  • No strict minimum—order as many or as few as you need for the week.
  • 13. Are the meals good value compared to cooking myself?
  • 100%. You’re getting chef-quality meals, portioned and prepped for your goals, without the shopping, cooking, or washing up. Time saved + results = worth it.
